Kelp meal provides over 80 minerals, nutrients, and natural growth hormones for your soil. The organic matter and soil conditioning properties in Ascophyllum Kelp Meal are important to the fertility and productivity of agricultural soils. Its association with soil microflora, bacteria, and fungi, kelp plays a key role in soil fertility and plant nutrient uptake. The minerals released and humus colloids formed during the decomposition of Ascophyllum Kelp Meal result in the aggregation of soil particles and the retention of nutrients that might otherwise be leached from the soil. Good soil structure provides aeration, water-holding capacity, and soil fertility.

This product is an ideal component to use additionally to your solid organic fertiliser of choice in your fertiliser bags. It adds humidity, accelerates breakdown, and provides extra nutrition.

Uses

Bonsai Fertiliser bags: Use as an additional ingredient along side your organic solid fertiliser and Alfalfa meal in your fertiliser bags. Approximately 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5-5g) per bag.
